Brian Sango is the CEO of My Wealth Space which is a bespoke property investment firm that helps our investor clients make strategic purchases within various asset classes in real estate and COO of Space Rentals which works close with its sister company by doing the management of these acquired assets throughout South Africa. Brian is a member of The Youth in Property Association (YIPA) and has served as the Vice Chairperson of The South African Institute of Black Property Professionals (SAIBPP), Western Cape Chapter. His work has seen him named a SAIBPP Top 100 Winner in 2022 and REBOSA RBL Class of 2022.
Brian heads up the acquisitions and sales of investment properties ideal for clients nationally as well as offshore investment properties in desirable markets like the United Kingdom and Germany, through creating necessary partnerships and affiliations with property developers in the various countries. His main duty is to analyse the feasibility of various markets to ensure that the market is indeed best suited for the various needs of his niche clientele.
