Jaco holds a BSc Quantity Surveying Degree from the University of the Free State and is a professional member of the association of South African quantity surveyors and a registered professional quantity surveyor. He also holds an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
Jaco has more than 20 years’ experience in construction and property development. He has been intensively involved in the planning and rollout of several mixed-use development parcels on a national level. Prior to joining Balwin in 2019, Jaco served in various technical and senior management roles and his experience is informed by a focus on mixed-use land development which has led to his role in the planning, implementation and management of high-density residential development.
