Johan drives the student accommodation strategic initiative at Eris Property Group, that started with much research in 2017. He leads the Student Accommodation Strategy for Developments, Asset Management and Operations and works closely with the Investment and Property Management Teams at Eris. He has 18 years of experience in the property industry and a Masters Degree in Real Estate. He is passionate about property, student accommodation, prop tech and fishing. Through the student accommodation initiative we hope to deliver beds to where it is needed most in South Africa and hopefully across Africa in the future
