Elize Le Roux is dedicated to assisting landlords with defaulting tenants and aiding agents in expanding their businesses. After obtaining her LLB Degree, she began her legal career as a Candidate Attorney at Nardus Grove Attorneys, where she progressed to Associate, specializing in Criminal and Civil Litigation over a decade.
Subsequently, she spent seven years at Steyn and Steyn, initially as a Senior Associate in Family Law and general litigation, then as a partner overseeing the residential department, particularly focusing on residential evictions and rental-related matters. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in the establishment of Steyn Steyn Le Roux Inc (SSLR INC) and served as Operational Director from 2015 to 2019, leading the Residential, Collection, and Sectional Title departments. Her wealth of experience qualified her for Judges training in 2016.
Contrary to the stereotype of eviction specialists, Elize stands out for her vibrant personality and humor, complementing her recognized expertise and professionalism in a challenging industry. She is frequently sought after for expert opinions by the media. Elize actively conducts training seminars, simplifying the complexities of eviction processes for estate agents and property owners.
